"The Leyva parties vehemently deny and vigorously dispute the debtor's allegations and unconditionally deny all wrongdoing and any liability whatsoever by them or any of their affiliates.
The debtor's allege that Centro Group collected but failed to remit millions of dollars in federal taxes to the IRS on behalf of its clients and that Leyva had knowledge of the operational mismanagement.

Yet Leyva claims in the South Florida Business Journal article that through his settlement he wanted the "power to then pursue claims against Green and those who helped him to ensure that they ultimately bear responsibility for Green's greed and deceit."
